Why Use Self-Hypnosis?

What is the class like?
Size is limited to 40 people or less to insure that you and your goals get the individualized attention that you deserve. Class meets on 3 consecutive week nights. Pre-registration is required. Comfortable attire is suggested.
Will I be made to do ridiculous things like I’ve seen in a stage hypmosis show?
No. While some demonstrations of hypnosis may be presented, you are not required to participate. Nor will any demonstrations be demeaning. In fact, participants usually walk away from the experience with greater confidence and a leg up towards their goals.

Meditation seems mysterious but is actually quite simple. Meditation and Mind Power is about self-exploration and discovery and offers a practical approach to this ancient practice.
How is Meditation Different from Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is about achievement. Meditation is about experience. With hypnosis you define goals and set your mind to the task of realizing them. With meditation you explore life in the here and now and experience it in all its depth and multifaceted dimensions.
Does this class have a religious basis?
No. While meditation is the cornerstone of many of the worlds most respected religions this program is completely free of any religious dogma or affiliation to any spiritual teacher or organization. We promise to give you the tool of meditation and show you how to use it. We do not presume to tell you what to think or how to believe.
Who should attend?
This introductory program is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to meditate, be reintroduced to meditation or learn more about the principles of mind power. Experienced meditators who want to meditate in a group or who might enjoy a fresh perspective on the process are also welcome to attend.
